About Me
My work draws inspiration from every facet of life's journey, from the depths of the soul to the heavenly realms above. It's a narrative of being made in God's image, expressed through my paintings and narrated in my poetry. Fashion, to me, is an outward expression of this inner experience, and as an artist, my aim is to guide others to find their own voice through creative expression. I believe in revealing the creative essence present in every aspect of existence through deep meditation upon God’s creation paired with His Word.
Through events, workshops, and classes, I encourage wellness and self-discovery through various art forms. This mission is at the heart of my brand, HappySoul by Pink, established in 2020. Named in honor of my late aunt LaMetra Moody, who battled Sickle Cell Disease, the brand serves as a beacon of positivity, with proceeds benefiting the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America St. Petersburg Chapter.
In tribute to LaMetra's memory, we host the annual Soul Revival Art Festival and Fundraiser, uniting creatives for a weekend of inspiration and community support. Ultimately, my journey as an artist is multifaceted and community-driven, with a deep passion for African culture, wellness, and faith.
